- How long will I receive my order?
Delivery time completely depends on the location where delivery is required.
Estimated delivery time is as below.
1. Jollychic Express delivery: 5-8 days;
2. FREE Express delivery: 7-15 days.
3. Kindly note that preparation for delivery usually takes 1-3 days and is NOT included in the "delivery time".

- How can I cancel the order?
According to order status, it will be classified as:
1. For the unpaid order, it will be canceled automatically by system after half an hour;
2. If the order has been paid but not shipped out, our side can help you to cancel it but we need a reason;
3. If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled.
- What is the return policy?
A. Jollychic.com guarantees to refund items (Except Underwear, Swimwear, Leggings and Accessories) purchased that you return in a saleable condition within 9 working days of receipt.
B. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition they were received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.
C. We're not able to offer an exchange for items purchased. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color of an item, you need to place a new order.
D. It usually takes up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in China, depending on your location and which postal service you use.
E. Once we received your return parcel, it will be processed in 3 working day and we'll email you for it.
F. If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you are responsible for return shipping fees. Please return the items back by Post Mail which is economical for you.
Please NOTE that the refund will not be processed if your items were returned without online audited application.
How to return
Step1. Log into your account, click "Return" under order number containing the item(s) you wish to return. (This option will not be available if your order is outside the 9-day range.)
Step2. Check the item(s) on the order you want to return and choose the reasons for return. Fill out survey (if you would like) and click the red button at the bottom that says, "Submit".
Step3. Your return status will show as "Confirmed" after we verified your request in 24 hours and you will be given a unique Case No.
Step4. Pack it up. Place the items you need to return in a securely sealed shipping package. Attach a piece of paper with your order number or Application Number inside the package.
Step5. Send it back. Upload the tracking information of the returned package in the return process after you shipped it back.
The return address will appear on the final screen of the return process once your request for return been confirmed and also in your return confirmation email. No label is provided. Please write the address clearly on your package before bringing it to the courier of your choice.
